Thanksgiving class schedule!!! [PLUS Free Yoga-HIIT Pop up Class this Friday 9:30am] 😁

Hey Reader!

I'm all about enjoying your healthy life, so that it literally becomes a part of your life. Not something you do every once in awhile or something you dread, or force your self to do. #HealthyHabits

This means restrictive eating is NOT a thing. Mindful eating yes, adding in more fruits, vegetables and leafy greens yes. So enjoy all your favorites, but maybe one slice of pumpkin pie versus three. Give yourself permission to indulge. If you tell yourself you CAN'T have the things your love, you are more likely to over eat because your brain thinks you're never allowed to eat this again so eat as much as you want now. Ultimately by giving yourself permission to eat what you want when you want you are more likely to eat one piece of cheesecake because you know if you want another one tomorrow you are allowed to do that.

With that being said I have a lot more classes this week so you can workout all week!

Before I get into the regular classes, let's go over the POP-UP info!!!

I am having the Yoga-HIIT Pop Up this Friday following our regular class...

It's a pop-up so free of charge, YES tell your friends because anyone can come!

The Details:

πŸ“† Date: Friday, November 24th

⌚ Class Time: 9:30AM

πŸ“ Location: Seton Park (meeting in the first softball field by the Independence ave entrance)

πŸ’ͺ Fitness Level: All are welcome! Yes HIIT is High Intensity Interval Training, but I encourage every fitness level to join us. If there's a pose or movement you struggle with or just need a break. There's always child's pose or any favorite pose of yours, as well as modifications to most anything.

✨What to BRING: Although the softball field has a nice cushion you'll want to bring a MAT. And as always bring water because you will want to stay hydrated. For this type of yoga class if you bring light weights I promise you'll use them. ALSO. dress in layers because you will warm up quickly but will cool down at the end so you want to be comfortable. If you are going to take your shoes of I suggest extra socks to stay warm.

What to expect for a unique class????

YOGA-HIIT is essentially a Strength & Core Conditioning class that smoothly blends vinyasa flow with high intensity interval training.

πŸ‘‰Mornings: 8:30am-9:15am (Monday. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday)

πŸ‘‰Evenings: 6:15pm-7:00pm (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday)

As previously mentioned, I am offering weekly and drop in classes for the Holiday Season.
